We believe that every being is unique and has specific needs in order to accomplish this union, thence our treatments and programs are customized for each individual guest.

We use the powerful tools of Ayurveda to aid in the process of restoration and revitalization. These powerful yet gentle techniques cleanse the physical body, and balance the Doshas or elements that make up our individual constitutions. The Ayurvedic consultation looks at all aspects of the individual in order to create a well rounded and WHOLEistic approach in healing. In addition to the Ayuvedic treatments we also offer yoga, massage, meditation, spa services, and fitness services.
