Our courses include Ayurveda Yoga Therapy (75 hours), Dietetics & Nutrition (10 hours), Home Remedies (10 hours), Ayurvedic Lifestyle (10 hours), Basic Principles (10 hours), Panchakarma (1 month), and Ayurvedic Massage (10 hours).
