Ayuryogashram functions from a century-old traditional building constructed in the Nalukettuâ™ model. The ˜Nalukettuâ™ is the traditional upper-class homestead, a quadrangular mansion with a central open courtyard, corridors, massive pillars and dormer windows typical of Kerala's Architectural Style.

Ayuryogashram provides a variety of treatments mainly Pizhichil, Dhara (thakra dhara, Siro Dhara), Pathrapodalasweda, Nasyam, Abhyanga, Dhanyamla Dhara, Ksheera Dhoom, Udwarthanam, Sirovasthi, Urovasthi, Kativasthi, Vasthi (Matra Vasthi, Sneha Vasthi, Kashaya Vasthi). It also provides other treatments like Njavara kizhi, Herbal facial, Avraham, Medicated steam bath, Lepanam, Virechanam (Body purification therapy), Pichu, Anchanam, Dhanyamla lepam, Njavaratheppu, Thalam, etc.

Ayurvedic packages include Relaxation; Stress Management Therapy, Body Immunization; Longevity Therapy, Body Purification Therapy, Obesity/Weight Shedding Packages, and Rejuvenation Packages.

Despite this traditional feel, the building has been renovated to provide the residents with all the modern amenities like luxurious furnishings, attached bathrooms, air conditioners, specialty treatment rooms, relaxation rooms etc. Spread across 2.5 acres of land the Ayuryogashram compound boasts of tall trees, sprawling lawns, and an enticing swimming pool.
