Set on private road which ends at lake. As Ganesh Ayurveda Holiday Home is the last building on the road, there is no traffic other than vehicles used by our guests. No buildings obstruct the spectacular view of the lake, the surrounding lush tropical foliage, or the refreshing breeze.

Bedrooms: 6 double bedrooms, double beds, with bedside tables, reading lamps, air conditioners and ceiling fans. Built in lockable wardrobes. Each bedroom has a private, furnished balcony with an unobstructed lake view and outside lighting. Cable TV with many English channels available, free Wifi .each rooms contain fridge,electric kettle.

Treatment packages

1)Rejuvenation Therapy(Rasayana Chikilsa)

This Treatment includes body massage with hand and foot by masseurs with medicated oil and cream, internal rejuvenative medicines and medicated steam bath. This therapy is for 1 hour to 1 and half hours per day for 7 to 21 days. This therapy is to rejuvenate the mind , body and soul, to tone up skin, to strengthen all systems so as to achieve ideal health and longevity.

2)Body Purification (Shodhana Chikilsa)

It is a process of purifying the whole body to attain proper balance of Vatha, Pitha and Kapha based on the Panchkarma and Swethakarma Treatment. The 15 day package process include Body massage, Snehapanam, Nasyam, Virachanam(Medicated purgative), Snehavasthi, Dhara , Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi, Karnapooranam, Tharpanam, Sirovasthi, Steam Bath, and internal herbal medicines.

3)Slimming Programme

The slimming programme at Ganesh Holiday Home includes medicated herbal powder massage and herbal oil massage. Adhering to the specific diet prescribed during the treatment forms one of the essential parts of the programme. Other treatment procedures include medicated steam bath, intake of herbal juices, herbal tea etc. 21 and 28 nights packages are available for this programme.

4)Stress Management Programme

The modern day exposes the body and mind to a lot of stress and tension. The stress management programme at Ganesh Holiday Home combines Yoga, meditation and Ayurveda therapy in a 14 nights package to help attain a relaxed state of mind. The other steps in the programme are rejuvenation massage, rejuvenation therapy, dhara, njavarkizhi, thalam, herbal steam bath, herbal pack, intake of herbal medicines etc.

5)Beauty Care Programme

One looks beautiful and radiant only when beauty of the inner body surfaces. Inner beauty can be achieved through Yoga, Meditation and use of beauty enhancers. Outer beauty includes the obvious traits such as contours of the body, texture of the skin and the quality of the hair and nails.
Massage is the easy method for the proper circulation of vital fluids to give a beautiful lusture to the skin. In this programme herbal face pack, herbal cream massage, massage with special oils, fruit juices, herbal juices, body pack, head pack, steam bath or herbal bath and intake of herbal juices are included.
This treatment improves the skin complexion, skin tone and muscle tone..

6)Ayurveda Anti Ageing Programme

The various cells and tissues of the body undergo changes as age advances . So it is necessary to rejuvenate the body systems for a better harmony of the body, mind and soul. Ayurveda prescribes treatment for repairing the wear and tear of the body due to ageing process. After proper purification by evacuating measures, one can increase the vital energy called “ojas” which improves strength and vitality through the “ Rasayana “ intake.
This process ensures prolonged lifespan, youthfulness, good health, fine complexion, stoutness, intellect, power of retention and strength. The 28 day package process includes body massages with special oils and herbal juices, njavaratheppu ( Massage with rice pudding), naranmgakizhi, karyasekam with medicated oil or decoctions or milk, snehapanam, virechana, ksheeravasthy, snehavasthy thalapothichil, sirodhara, head massge with special herbal juices, thalam , herbal bath, steam bath and Rasayana intake with very special diet.
