Located in the historic Calicut, Kerala, in a heritage homestead once belonging to the Kadathanadu Royal family, our center takes you back in history to a culturally rich and slower paced time period.
Harivihar has been honored to receive the Green Leaf accreditation from the Government of Kerala, a prestigious award which assures an authentic Ayurvedic experience to all those who visit. We follow the simple principles of Ayurveda, balancing and cleansing the body in order to create and facilitate the most prime healthy conditions in the body. Knowing that every body is unique in their requirements, we spend time with each and every guest with a personal consultation to decide their specific treatments. Supervising all treatments and heading the team here at Harivihar are, Dr Satheesh, B.A.M.S and Dr Prajna,B.A.M.S,M.D.In addition all treatments are done under the agesis of Ayurveda Samajam of Shornur, being one of the longest running Ayurvedic hospitals in India.
In addition to Ayurvedic treatments and massage, we provide yoga training, Kerala cooking demos and classes, cultural programs, traditional bathing pond, and visits to cultural places of interest in our area. We strongly believe that what you put into the body had a direct effect on your health and in that thinking, we offer the healthiest meals of local cuisine.
