Our Guest House, a Goan architecture styled building, situated on Ribandar Hill along the Mandovi River and just 4 km away from the WORLD HERITAGE MONUMENTS of Old Goa, is a tranquil place ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. The Old Goa Monuments are renowned for their heritage value and famous as a tourist destination.

The Guest House is conveniently located 3 km from Panaji, the bustling capital city of Goa, 8 km from the famous Miramar beach, 4 km from Karmali bird sanctuary, 5 km from the Karmali Railway Station and around 30 km from Dabolim Airport. We can arrange to pick up and drop off from/to the airport or other entry points if requested.

It comprises of an Executive Spa suite and Deluxe rooms beautifully finished and surrounded by lots of fruit trees, lawns, terraced gardens and 24-hour security with a compound wall enclosing the entire property. Other features include a swimming pool, large verandahs, and an exclusive lounge and an in-house Ayurveda Wellness Centre offering a host of ayurvedic rejuvenate, curative treatments and complimentary morning yoga sessions to make your stay at the Guest House even more enjoyable, refreshing and memorable. The Wellness Center is staffed by a residential doctor and well-trained therapists.

The air-conditioned executive Spa Suite is about 88 sq in size, and finished in exquisite style featuring a bedroom with four poster bed, a lounge room with a large LCD TV with sofa sets that can be converted into beds for two children accompanying the adults, a separate dining area and a very large bathroom with a spa, a separate shower and twin wash basins. Tea/coffee facilities are also provided in the rooms. Wifi enabled areas have been set up to provide internet connectivity to our guests.

The air-conditioned deluxe rooms feature comfortable beds, LCD TV, a writing desk, cupboards, tea/coffee facilities and a well-finished bathroom with top of the range accessories and toiletries.
