Synchronized Rejuvenation Massage: This is a full body massage using medicated oils during which two therapists perform the massage with synchronized strokes on the body.The massage makes you fully relaxed physically as well as mentally by rejuvenating muscles and nerve tissues. This massage also helps in improved functioning of the sensory organs, brings you good appetite, better digestion and proper sleep.

Pada Abhyanga (Massage with feet): Pada Abhyanga is a massage done by using the feet instead of the hands and helps by imparting more pressure on the body, especially in places with fat deposits such as thighs and hips. Pada Abhyanga helps to reach more deeply into the muscles and eliminates muscle pain and lower back pain.

Ushma Swedam (Medicated Steam Bath): A steam bath in the steam chamber makes you refreshed and relaxed, besides of opening up closed sweat pores and removing toxins and old skin particles from the body. You can also combine steam bath with a Sarvanga Abhyangam (General Body Massage), Synchronized Rejuvenation Massage and Pada Abhyanga (Massage with feet).

Pizhichil (Oil Bath): This is the most elaborate massage and therapy that helps the body in multiple ways. The massage involves squeezing a cloth, dipped in warm medicated oils and is followed by a synchronized massage by two therapists. This massage helps to improve the circulation of fluids, nourishes the tissues, increases the flexibility of joints and detoxifies the body. It is also beneficial in treating osteo-arthritis, poly-arthritis, lower back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, hemiplegia, paraplegia and improves vitality.

Pinda Swedam (Kizhi): Pinda Swedam is a sudation treatment (involving secretion from sweat glands) during which small pills of medicated powder and herbs are dipped in medicated oil, used for massaging the body. This massage helps in treating shoulder problems, poly-myalgia, lower back pain and some neurological disorders.

Mukha Kanti Lepam (Facial): This is a special beauty therapy meant to cure acné and pimples and reduces wrinkles. The facial is performed by using medicated cream or oil, followed by applying an herbal pack on the face. The process also cleanses the face, nourishes the skin, improves the complexion and makes it glow.

Shirodhara: Shirodhara is a unique ancient therapy during which medicated oil is poured continuously and rhythmically onto the forehead from a specific height and for a specific period, allowing the oil to run through the scalp and into the hair. Nasyam: This is a process of instilling nasal drops (herbal oils) through the nostrils. Normally, six to eight drops are given per day. Nasyam is good for treating migraine, chronic headaches, facial palsy and sinusitis.
