Walking distance from Aswem, one of the most beautiful beaches in Northern Goa, our center is a place where one can receive the benefits of Ayurveda in a simple and pure environment. Our center provides treatments and trainings in a back to nature, basic setting without all the frills and thrills and cost of the typical Ayurvedic retreat center.
Here at Raso Vai Ayurveda, we believe that Ayurvedic therapy is a combination of plant medicine, cleansing, physical bodywork, psychology, surgery, and spirituality. Ayurveda uses this powerful combination to keep healthy people in their current state of health, and raise up an ill or diseased person back to the idealistic state of health. With the guidance of the highly skilled co-founder, Dr. Anita D. Rawandale, we are able provide the healing treatments and cleansing processes of Panchakarma, Rasayani, Shirodhara, and Vajikaran to name a few. Additionally, we promote a healthy balance of diet, meditation, yoga, and pranayama to all of our clients. We offer regular yoga and meditation classes for anyone interested in partaking.
With the assistance of our co-founder, Chetan Baghel we are proudly able to offer treatments and trainings in the following techniques; Ayurveda Yoga Massage, Ayur Balance Massage, and Abhyanga Massage. These powerful healing massages forms have been used in India for centuries to restore balance to the body and remove built up disease causing toxins. These trainings range from about 1 to 2 weeks, consisting of about 4 hours of training per day.
We do not currently offer accommodations at our center but there are many nearby facilities that we can help you arrange while receiving treatment, or training. We are happy to assist in the booking of one of these options before your arrival in Northern Goa.
