Fort Cochin is a beautiful and historic coastal town with an eclectic culture and an amazing energy, located in the state of Kerala in Southern India. Here at San Mike Homestay, we welcome you to experience a truly unique experience during your stay in Kerela. Our founder and the dreamer who created this experience is Anneke Victor Benson, or Ananda Health, a Dutch woman who fell in love with Ayurveda, Yoga, and India, and has made Fort Cochin her home. She welcomes guests from all over the world to share in the many joys of life here. We offer full packages of 2 week long Ayurvedic healing packages including; an evaluation and consultation, Panchkarma treatments, massage, steam treatments, Shirodhara, Pizhizhii, Njavara Kizhi, and more. We also offer basic Ayurvedic massage for our guests or courses in Ayurvedic massage for those interested.

We offer yoga classes of 1.5-2 hours in length and are taught by a resident instructor. We offer drop in classes, 14 day courses, and a 30 day teacher training program.

Additionally we are excited to provide tours around the area with Yoga and Ayurveda as part of the tour. Enjoy the beauty of waterfalls, the elegance of elephants, the culture of Kerala, all while healing, strengthening, and learning about Yoga and Ayurveda.
