AYURVEDA PROFESSIONAL THERAPIST COURSE:
Our professional course as a ‘Professional Therapist in Ayurveda,’ is an ancient practice for well-being. Today the face of health care is changing. The natural care practices are expanding and the demand of qualified therapists in India and abroad are in demand as professional health care providers and growing. Join our course to be a professional therapist in helping people to heal.

The course is for Therapists, Fitness Instructors and Sports Therapists.

The course is about competence in the therapist giving the treatment in the tradition as a massage therapist in the traditional healing methodology to help support the doctors and their patients, well-ness centers in holistic healing.

The Continuing Education programs offered at YOGA TRADITION at Mysore, Karnataka have been devised in an endeavor to respond quickly and set the standards for therapy and therapeutic practices ensuring a qualitative practice to the growing needs of the health and well-being industry.

Our academic year has two course groups. Each group will be of a maximum of 15 students. For students who are not able to get a seat in Study Group 1 will be eligible to join Study Group 2 by default.

ELEIGIBILITY -
The course is open to all irrespective of their qualifications. A student who wishes to join must be 18 years of age and higher.

THE COURSE:
This course is a step by step introduction to theory and then practice of therapy. We emphasise in an all-round development of the student to become highly qualified individual in the area of Ayurveda therapy. The course introduces the student to the techniques practiced and prepares one to become a professional qualified therapist.
The course is of an intensive nature and needs the student to be fully committed, attentive, disciplined and fully interested in developing themselves.

Classes and practices are through the week… for 6 days.

The course is of 1 year that includes 8 months of theory and practical classes with 4 months of compulsory internship.

FOR FOREIGNERS ONLY:
We offer the same course in a modular structure to facilitate the student who comes from abroad and is not able to spend a total of one year in the study and practice of our course.

They may write in and enquire for further information of the modular system offered, so that they may design their own requirements to accommodate their need to be accomplished ‘Ayurveda Professional Therapist’ in our system of education and practice.
