Ayurveda is a natural, non-invasive, spontaneous and safe method of healthy living and healing. Its philosophy and practice are time-tested. It is non-violent and functionally in tune with Mother Nature, designed to accommodate the individual in his/her totality.

During the process of healing, the mental, spiritual, emotional, and environmental facets of the individual are taken into due consideration apart from the conventional physical observation, examination, and assessment.
