The unique Ayurveda Sanctuary is set in a 50-acre lush green property offering an array of authentic Ayurvedic experience in a tranquil environment where you can feel one with mother-nature, far from the hustle-bustle of the city life. Located 75 km from Mangalore International Airport in South India, this is the perfect retreat away from the pressures of the modern world. Clean Cottages, a swimming pool, 4 km of walking tracks along the plantations within the campus, colorful birds make the Sanctuary a lovely setting for guests to rest, relax, renew, revive, rejuvenate and focus on their life-long goal of improved health and vitality through a range of Ayurvedic treatments, lifestyle and rejuvenating programs.

All programs at Ayurveda Sanctuary are conducted under the expert care of qualified and trained Ayurveda Physicians, who have decades of experience in treating various health conditions. Both male and female Physicians are available at the Sanctuary 24/7 for the convenience of the guests.
Panchakarma-Detoxification, Yoga, Pranayama (Breathing techniques) and Dhyana (Meditation) are incorporated to achieve the best result. We follow the basic motto of Ayurveda:” Protecting & enhancing the health of the healthy and treating the illness of the diseased”. A lot of emphases is also given to Kerala Ayurveda which helps in improving health, enhance the quality of life, and reduce the risk of developing diseases and disability.
Separate therapy rooms for male and female guests are operated by trained therapists under the watchful eye of our in-house physicians. Healthy Ayurvedic vegetarian meals, customized according to the person’s body constitution, is provided to the guests of Ayurveda Sanctuary.

In addition to excellence in Panchakarma, Rejuvenation Treatments, Yoga, Pranayama and meditation, the Sanctuary also offers guests the opportunity to learn and participate in authentic Ayurveda. Short courses of 2 weeks duration in various subjects of Ayurveda like Ayurvedic Massage & Panchakarma, Ayurveda Lifestyle Management, Ayurveda Nutrition & Cooking, etc.
Courses are being conducted with audio-visual classes with theory as well as practical, hands-on demonstrations. The Sanctuary also conducts site-seeing visits to nearby touristic places like temples, waterfalls, beaches, etc.
