AyurYoga Eco Ashram and its organic farm is spread over 18 acres of land in a peaceful countryside, on the banks of the Kabini river. It is located between Mysore (Karnataka) and Kerala, South India. Rated among the best Yoga Ashrams in India, we offer Ayurveda and Yoga Retreats conducted by traditional teachers of Hatha Yoga, Pranayamas, Meditation, Philosophy, Ayurveda, Ecology, etc.

We offer 7-28 Day Ayurveda Treatment Packages for Panchakarma (detox), Rasayana (rejuvenation), Stress Management, Weight Management, and can also customize a program suitable for your medical condition. Our resident Ayurveda doctor along with trained Ayurveda Therapists give the best quality and attention to each Ayurveda client and treatments.

Our traditional nalukettu-style Ayurveda center is built as per Vastu principles, with natural stone and wood, and plenty of space and natural light all around.

The accommodation for our Ayurveda guests is the best you can find in India, with clean and spacious rooms, overlooking the Kabini River or beautiful surrounding nature. We offer private and twin-share accommodation, all with attached private bathrooms. Each room is simply decorated, with comfortable spring mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair, kitchenette, and veranda.

We also offer two week Ayurveda Foundation Courses, four-week Yoga Teacher Training in India accredited by Yoga Alliance, two-week Yoga Immersion Retreats for beginners as well as two-week Yoga Intensive Retreats for intermediate / advanced students.

The yoga ashram in India is a platform where spiritual teachers, with backgrounds in traditional monasteries and ashrams, connect with international students who are ready to explore yoga beyond the mat. We do not impose any fixed manuals, guidelines, books, traditions, rules, etc. We do not promise Nirvana (enlightenment) or deep spiritual experiences nor do we bang you with some abstract spiritual philosophies. What we teach is simple yoga and meditation practices that can be of practical use in your daily life, to harmonize all facets of life, including diet, sleep, sex, relationships and work attitudes.
