This therapy is to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul, to tone up the skin, and to strengthen all systems so as to achieve ideal health and longevity. In the Vedas, Time is equated with the Consciousness. Time (Kala) is the source of the divisions of time. It unites procession, recession, and stasis. One fundamental understanding in Ayurveda is about the seasons. It is fundamental in diagnosis as well as prescription in many ways. There are 6 seasons in the year from the view of Ayurveda. So is the chance of diseases. As a precaution to this the Acharyaas adhere typical Rtucharyas (Rtu = Fixed or appointed time, season, charya = regime, routine). It is also advisable in Rejuvanation Thereapy and the duration will extend between 14 – 21 days as per the health status of the client.
