In Kalady, near the birthplace of Adi Sankara, we have an Ayurvedic Training Institute and associated hospital with good infrastructure and eminent teaching faculty. It is approved by the Govt. of Kerala.

Nagarjuna Ayurvedic Institute is committed towards the objective of transforming itself into an international center for studies/research in Indian medical science – Ayurveda, Indian culture and heritage as well as building up to a deemed university in future.

We have set goals of world-class training and awareness programmes on Panchakarma and Kerala special treatments, welfare/rehabilitation activities for AIDS, cancer, mother and child health care, old age care, environment protection, resurgence and revitalization of traditional knowledge in health care, well being of economically and socially weaker/underprivileged sections and to undertake technological application/research in areas such as biotechnology, bio-informatics & information technology in collaboration with universities/pharmaceutical establishments/academic institutions in India & abroad.
