Sankunnis Ayurveda Clinic

Sankunnis Ayurvedic Clinic was established in nineteen ten by Dr. U.P. Sankunni Menon who started his Sanskrit and Ayurvedic education at a tender age of five in the year eighteen ninety AD. He carried out far-reaching researchers in this field of medicine successfully, until his death in nineteen sixty-two.

Dr. Sankunni Menon’s disciple and student, Dr. P. Balakrishnan G.C.I.M., was given extensive training in this line of studies and who passed on this tradition research and study of medicine to Dr. Jayashree Rajan M.Sc., MD (AM).

Traditional Medicines are now produced in the most modern way without compromising on the quality and quantity of the herbs used. We still prepare all the formulations in the traditional way, the way it was done centuries ago. We now have an advanced R & D center with quality controls for evaluating the quality and efficacy of the medicines produced in large quantities.

Traditional Ayurvedic Treatments namely Panchakarma is still carried on as per the traditional methods. No shortcuts are taken and the same stringent quality is still maintained at all levels.
