Dr. Shiva Rama Prasad Kethamakka, the founder of Technoayurveda Healthcare System, hails from the Andhra Karnataka border. His university and post-doctoral studies in Ayurveda were done in his native Hyderabad at the Dr.BRKR Govt. Ayurvedic College.

His interest at Vedic Astrology has guided his development of “Astro-Medicine”. He is an Astrologer & Vastu Vidwan, as well as an innovative, developmental, research-oriented, communicative, teacher of Ayurveda.

He has motivated thousands of Ayurveda teachers and students and guided hundreds of research projects in Ayurveda. His presentations, keynotes speeches and publications are innumerable. His friends call him as – Ayurmitra – a friend for Ayurveda fraternity.

His notes from teacher’s (Dr.V.V.S.Sastri) “Essentials of Basic Ayurveda Concepts”, has been published from postgraduate and research center, DGM Ayurvedic medical college, Gadag and is used as a guide for many scholars.

Presently he is working Vice principal, Professor, and Head of the Department of Panchakarma, Mahatma Gandhi Ayurved College, Hospital & Research Centre, Swangi, (Meghe) (Salod Hirapur Mousa Area), WARDHA (Maharastra), A Constituent college of Dutta Meghe Institute of Medical Science University. Formerly is in the service of Amma – Mata Amritanandamai devi, as Head of Kayachikitsa (General Medicine) in Amrita School of Ayurveda.

His research areas are - Skin conditions (Vitiligo, Psoriasis), Metabolic diseases (Diabetes, Obesity), Infectious (HIV, etc), Vata Vyadhi (Grudhrasi, Manyasthambha, Orthosis (OA & RA), Pakshaghata, etc), Family Medicine (Infertility Male & Female), ED, Psychosexual Problems), and Astro Medical diagnosis.

In addition to offering Ayurvedic treatment, Dr. Prasad gives vigorous training in various subjects such as Nadi Pareeksha (Pulse Diagnosis), Panchakarma (Massage & Purification), Swastha Pranidhana (Healthy Living), Ahara Vivechna (Food Regulation), Shodhana (Elimination), etc.

Apart from the regular student education - we have a short term course for the general public to give awareness of Ayurveda. These short term courses are from 10 hours to 100 hours along with practical demonstrations, depends upon the one’s interest.
