Ayyappan Vaidyen, a great Ayurvedic physician, who practised the holistic medicine at home, the Ayurveda tradition was carried forth by his son late Sri. Krishna Vaidyan who was very famous in Bala Chikitsa(pediatrics)and later on by his grandson late Dr. T. K Prabhakaran (Rtd.Senior Medical officer Govt of Kerela),Who completed his B.A.M. at Govt ayurveda college Trivandrum.The Thekkiny Krupa Ayurkendra hospital was established by Dr. T.K. Prabhakaran and it gained popularity with genuine ways of treatment and pure Ayurveda Medication.
